What are the goods and services that Internal Doors are providing?

Internal Doors supply oak doors. You can view our products on our website, www.internaldoors.co.uk
We also supply other products including veneer doors with an oak outer layer, fire doors, timber accessories, ironmongery and treatments.
All our goods and services supplied to consumers are supplied subject to our Terms & Conditions. Different terms apply to trade customers.

What is the price for the goods you are going to provide?

Our prices are set out on our website, but the prices are confirmed in our acceptance of your order and remain unchanged unless there are pricing errors.

When ordering online, the full price is calculated for our customers before you place the order.

Orders that do not qualify for free delivery will be subject to the following charges*:

Doors: £40 (per order not per door)

Skirting, lining, architrave and furniture: £25 (per order)

Ironmongery & Oils: £15 (per order)

*Some postcodes are subject to surcharges. All delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

When will the goods be delivered? The estimated deliver date will be set out at the time your order is placed, and in any event, within 21 working days after the day on which we accept your order.

This date may change since it is dependent on the availability of the goods, and if a delivery date changes, Internal Doors will contact you.

Delivery dates are estimates and can sometimes change due to a number of factors, including inclement weather.

We offer a kerbside delivery service, and you are responsible for the transportation of the goods in your property/delivery address. 

When do we pay Internal Doors?

You will pay in full when the order is placed.

Do you have a complaint handling policy?

We want you to be happy with our service, but if there is a problem and you wish to raise it with Internal Doors, please contact our Customer Services Team.

Information about your right to cancel

Where a right to cancel exists, you can complete a cancellation form that will allow you to cancel the contract (this is available at https://www.internaldoors.co.uk/cancellation-form). If you would like a hard copy, please contact Customer Services. In the case of goods, this period lasts 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.


In respect of services, the period last for 14 days from when the contract is formed. If you ask Internal Doors to start work but still exercise the right to cancel within the 14 day period, you would be responsible pay Internal Doors’ reasonable costs for work done. Once we have completed the services, you cannot change your mind.


You are provided with a form to cancel if you wish to us it. Please forward any cancellation form to our office or by email.


If you exercise your right to cancel, you must return them to us adequately packaged in a manner no less comprehensive as the delivery packaging and you will be responsible for the costs of return. Please may we refer you to clause 9.2 and 9.3 of our Terms and Conditions.


Where there is no right to cancel or the right to cancel is lost, you will not be entitled to cancel, so please select your goods and services with care.

Are there any guarantees on your products?

We offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty for product defects where goods are stored, utilised and treated in accordance with our instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights and Internal Doors is under a legal duty to supply goods that conform with the contract.


The Warranty does not cover natural changes in the products, including movements, cracks, shakes and colour changes – this reflects that some of our products are made from natural material, such as wood.


Please do review the care instructions for our products before you purchase goods from us. This includes recommendations and requirements for where our oak doors should be fitted and treated. Our oak doors are not suitable for certain external uses or require specific treatments. Oak is a natural product and is prone to absorb moisture.


Please may we draw your attention to clauses 4.5 and 4.6 of the Terms and Conditions.

Bringing the contract to an end

The contract will come to an end once the goods are delivered, any cancellation rights have expired, and you have paid for the goods.
