A stunning new colour variant to add to our large mexicano internal door range, the Belize Prefinished Light Grey Internal Door is a door with a difference. Perfect for a contemporary home, these light grey doors can really add an interesting decorative touch to your house. This light grey finish is slightly different to our other light grey doors, as the grey finish is slightly warmer than you would see in a light grey ash door. We think this makes the door feel less cool and brings a bit of a homelier feel into the room. Featuring the classic mexicano design of five vertical panels separated by square edge cut grooves, this door is one of our most popular styles and can adapt to work in most homes. The vertical panels in this contemporary internal door create the illusion of height and can help to open up any room. Whether you need a door for style, safety or even to add in extra light to your home, the Belize is a great option due to the fact it comes in solid, fire rated and glazed variations, so there’s something for every purpose.
This modern internal door is pre-finished, so it is ready to hang when you receive it and have the door furniture attached, making life that little bit easier. The Belize solid variation comes in a huge 13 different sizes, so you can be sure to find the measurements that your internal door openings require. Another added bonus of selecting the Belize, is that you can be sure you’re selecting an interior door which is built from sustainable materials. This is confirmed with the FSC certification that comes with this Belize grey internal door, so you can rest assured that you have made a responsible choice when selecting your new mexicano doors. Maintenance
Storage - Flat and Dry Only
As wood is a natural product it is important that it is stored correctly. We recommend that your new products are stored flat and in a dry area. We recommend that all packaging is kept on the products, or removed for inspection and then re applied for storage. Again as wood is a natural product it is susceptible to changes in each room's atmosphere and as such please be mindful of this and take care to avoid damp areas or newly plastered rooms etc. For more detailed information on how to treat you newly delivered doors click here.
Installation
This engineered door must be fitted with a minimum of 3 hinges. This is due to the weight of the product, which can be attributed to the high grade materials used in the construction of the door. Choosing to ignore this requirement will void your warranty.
Delivery Information
As it is a priority to ensure that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition, we only work with reliable delivery companies who have outstanding reputations. At the checkout stage, the most economical available delivery option will be automatically applied to your basket, allowing you to spend where it matters.
Standard Delivery Rates
Doors - £40.00*(this is per order, not per door)
*We apply a shipping surcharge of £35.00 to certain postcodes for timber-only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery lead time.
Standard Deliveries - you will receive a notification from your designated courier prior to delivery. Please note, we cannot currently offer express delivery on orders of timber only.
If you have selected additional options for your items such as pre-finishing, please allow up to an additional 10-15 working days for delivery. This will be based on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time..
All delivery times are based on orders being placed before 9am and the lead times are from when your order has been dispatched, not placed.
Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.
We do not recommend booking any tradesmen until you have received your delivery, as a precaution that any delivery issues may arise.
In the unusual event that your package arrives showing signs of damage, we strongly suggest that you inspect your delivery while the driver is still present, if a fault is to be found request that the driver reports this and sign for the parcel as damaged. It is also recommended that you take photographs of the damaged area along with a detailed description.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any damages and report them to us within a 24-hour period.
