Product Information

This modern black seal ensures a perfect fit along the edges of both pre-hung and flush doors. Completely impenetrable due to its superior material construction, Acquamac 21 effectively defends your family from external threats without breaking down over time. The black color coordinates effortlessly with most existing designs and with 6.5m to one seal, there is plenty to go around an entire single door frame, seamlessly blending into your dream home

Storage - Flat and Dry Only

As wood is a natural product it is important that it is stored correctly. We recommend that your new products are stored flat and in a dry area. We recommend that all packaging is kept on the products, or removed for inspection and then re applied for storage. Again as wood is a natural product it is susceptible to changes in each room's atmosphere and as such please be mindful of this and take care to avoid damp areas or newly plastered rooms etc. For more detailed information on how to treat you newly delivered doors click here.

For delivery before Christmas:

• Standard Delivery: Orders must be placed by Wednesday 13th December 2024


• Express Delivery: Orders must be placed by Wednesday 18th December 2024


Important: Your items must be in stock with an estimated dispatch date on or before 13th / 18th December 2024 for guaranteed Christmas delivery depending on your selected delivery option.
What happens if I order after the cut-off dates?
Orders placed after these dates or with dispatch dates later than 18th December will be delivered in the new year when our normal delivery service resumes on Tuesday 2nd January 2025.
When will normal delivery schedules resume?

As it is a priority to ensure that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition, we only work with reliable delivery companies who have outstanding reputations. At the checkout stage, the most economical available delivery option will be automatically applied to your basket, allowing you to spend where it matters.

Standard Delivery Rates

Skirting, Architraves, Linings and Window boards - £25.00

*We apply a shipping surcharge of £25.00 to certain postcodes for timber-only orders, which can also add an additional 5 working days to the delivery lead time, see our delivery lead time.

Standard Deliveries - you will receive a notification from your designated courier prior to delivery. Please note, we cannot currently offer express delivery on orders of timber only.

If you have selected additional options for your items such as pre-finishing, please allow up to an additional 10-15 working days for delivery. This will be based on the number of in-house oiling requests and the chosen finish which will affect the number of coats and required drying time.

All delivery times are based on orders being placed before 9am and the lead times are from when your order has been dispatched, not placed.

Please note that your delivery will be made to the kerbside. As such, please ensure you can move your order to a secure location.

We do not recommend booking any tradesmen until you have received your delivery, as a precaution that any delivery issues may arise.

In the unusual event that your package arrives showing signs of damage, we strongly suggest that you inspect your delivery while the driver is still present, if a fault is to be found request that the driver reports this and sign for the parcel as damaged. It is also recommended that you take photographs of the damaged area along with a detailed description.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any damages and report them to us within a 24-hour period.
